Georgia Tech, Pittsburgh football coaches appear to have tense handshake at midfield after game – Fox News

Pittsburgh and Georgia Tech did battle in an Atlantic Coast Convention matchup that primarily decided the place the groups would fall within the standings as bowl season creeps nearer.

However it was the fireworks at the top of the game between Panthers coach Pat Narduzzi and Yellow Jackets coach Geoff Collins that was talked about greater than Pittsburgh’s 34-20 victory. The game included a spat on the sideline between gamers on each groups.

Narduzzi and Collins met at midfield after the game to shake palms – as most coaches do. Nonetheless, the handshake appeared to be tense.

“I advised him, ‘Hey, you’ve got acquired an incredible staff,’” the Panthers coach stated after the game. “He stated, ‘Baloney,’ or another good phrases, and walked off. I do not know. I assumed it was a superb game.”

Collins downplayed the assembly.
